校园卡管理中心服务指南
Service Guide of Campus Card Management Center
新乡医学院三全学院校园卡管理中心隶属于我院财务部，负责校园卡充值、结算、代扣代缴等金融服务；以及校园卡系统技术管理、卡务管理（校园卡的发放、挂失解挂、销户、商户的接入开通）及培训咨询服务。
Campus card management center is attached to the finance department of Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical University, is responsible for some finance services such as card recharging, balancing, withhold and remit; technology and daily management of campus card system (issuing, loss-reporting, unregistering, account closing, business accessing), consulting and training.
校园卡由校园卡管理中心负责发放，具有校内身份识别、图书借阅、小额消费、自助缴费、门禁管理、机房管理等校务管理功能。
Campus card issued by the card management center, has many functions: personnel identification, book lending, minor payment, access controls for dormitories and classrooms.
一、卡申领及启用
I.Application & Usage
全日制学生新生入校，在各校区新生报到后到书院领取校园卡。制卡所必需的信息及照片资料完整的人员将发放正式卡。正式卡卡面印有持卡人的姓名、班级、照片等资料，卡内记录个人身份。正式卡包括了消费、转账、身份验证在内的所有功能。正式卡内不预存钱，无需押金，校园卡与银行卡实现转帐。领到的校园卡可立即启用。
Full time freshmen on both campuses shall get their campus cards after enrolled to school. Only the person with complete information and photo can get the card. The card records the holder’s identity, indicating name, class, photo etc; and has complete functions incl. payment, transfer, ID accessing. With no deposit, there is no money in the card account also. The card can be used immediately after funded via bank transfer.
二、密码与安全
II.Password & Safety
作为电子钱包，为了避免校园卡片遗失给持卡人造成损失，校园卡管理系统为每张校园卡设定消费限额：当一个时段内的消费超过预定的消费限额后，系统提示“输入消费密码”，正确输入密码后，即可超额使用。
As the card is an E-wallet, the campus management system sets a trading limit for each card to maximally protect money safety of card holder in case of missing. When the payment is over trading limit in a period, the system prompts you for a password with “Enter your trade password”.
密码与消费限额：正式卡默认密码是身份证后六位；最后一位为字母的，去掉字母的后六位。
Password and trading limit: card’s default password is the last six digits on your ID card; in case that the last digit is a letter, the passwords shall be the last six digits excluding the letter.
正式卡默认消费限额为累计30元。
Default trading limit of card is 30 Yuan.
默认密码及消费限额必须在圈存机、校园卡管理中心进行修改。所以一定要修改默认密码并做好保密工作。密码遗忘，可以到校园卡管理中心重置。
The default password and trading limit can be modified on the transfer machine or by card management center. We strongly advise the holder to modify the password and remember it well. The password can be resettled in the card management center in case of forgetting.
三、持卡消费
III.Payment
我院校内都可以使用校园卡消费。消费时，确认消费金额正确后再把卡片放到感应区进行扣款。否则可能导致金额出错。如果发现扣错款，可以要求操作员即时检查最后一次的扣款数据，如果发现错误，可以要求操作员撤销这笔消费。
Campus card can be used for payment on the campus. During payment, the money amount should be carefully checked before putting the card on the sensing zone. Incorrect payment amount is possible. You can ask the operator to check about the payment amount, and cancel the incorrect payment.
如果事后发现多扣款项，可以到校园卡服务部查询消费流水清单，查询消费时间、地点、机号等数据。如有疑问持卡人可以和扣款单位交涉。
If the holder found the bill is not correct, the campus card service center has the detail payment list, which may indicate payment time, location, machine number and other necessary data. The card holder can contact directly with the operator.
四、充值
IV. Recharging
充值方法：现金充值，自助充值，网银充值；
Recharging methods: Recharging in cash, Recharge through transfer machine and Network recharging;
现金充值：到校园卡管理中心使用现金充值；
Recharging in cash: at service center on the working day without the limit on the recharging amount
自助充值：到校内布置的圈存机进行自助充值（必须有对应的银行卡）详见附件：“圈存机使用指南”。
Recharge through transfer machine: see the attached “Instructions for Transfer Machine” of details of card recharging via transfer machine (only for the Bank of China).
网银充值：下载并安装中国银行手机银行APP，完成注册后，输入手机号和密码登录-进入中行APP，---生活---（首次选择）更多----生活缴费--定位选择到新乡--（首次选择）常用缴费--校园卡--新乡医学院三全学院。
Network recharging via Bank of China: Download and install the Mobile Banking APP of Bank of China. After the registration is completed, enter the mobile phone number and password to log in - enter the APP of Bank of China - Life - (First Choice) More - Life Payment - Select Xinxiang - (First Choice) Common Payment - Campus Card - Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical University
目前仅支持中国银行手机银行充值校园卡。
Campus card is only recharged via the Bank of China
五、查询余额及消费流水
V.Inquiry & Payment Details
可以通过多种渠道查询余额，可以在食堂的POS机感应区在没有消费金额的情况下感应，屏幕即可显示卡内余额。
Card balance can be checked through many ways. The sensor board displays the account balance when put the card on POS sensing area in the dining hall, even without payment.
可以在圈存机上查询
The account balance can be checked also via the transfer machine.
六、挂失及补卡方法
VI.Loss-Reporting & Replacement
挂失方法：校园卡丢失后，请立即通过圈存机自助挂失或前往校园卡管理中心进行挂失。挂失成功后，5分钟内全校所有联网终端设备立即生效，被挂失卡将被完全停止服务，可以最大程度的避免损失。
Loss-reporting method: report card’s losing via the transfer machine or directly to the campus card management center in case of missing. Loss-report comes into force within 5 minutes after reporting operation completed. The missing card may be invalid in using to against any loss.
补卡方法：挂失后半个工作日方可补卡，卡断或卡消磁者可立即补办。原卡余额直接转入新卡。补卡费用为20元现金（需带身份证或学生证其中之一前往校园卡管理中心办理。
Method for replacement of the card: The card can be replaced in half a working day after reporting for loss. In case of broken or demagnetized card, it can be replaced immediately. The fee for replacement is RMB 20 in cash (It is required to bring your ID card or your student card). The amount in the old card can be transferred to the new card.
七、自助服务终端的使用
VII.Self-service Terminal
校园卡自助业务可以完成：余额查询、自助缴费、挂失解挂、修改密码、修改参数等业务。
Operations on Self-service Terminal are: Inquiry, payment, loss-report & unregistering, modify password, modify data etc.
自助服务终端是悬挂在各食堂和宿舍楼下的校园卡专用自助设备，每个食堂至少挂有一台、平均每栋学生宿舍附近配备一台。
Self-service Terminals are special transfer machines distributed in dining halls and dormitories, by one machine each dining hall or dormitory.

1、每周及每月最后一个工作日结帐时间（下午2:00-17:00）。

2、学校及本部门安排的其它重大会议及活动。
